About Me
A bit about myself and my approach to therapy…
Therapy is a space to step back, make sense of the patterns shaping your life, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #146748) providing accessible, affirming psychotherapy to young professionals across California.
I take a depth-oriented, existential, and relational approach to therapy, specializing in neurodivergent (ADHD/ASD) professionals and LGBTQ+ couples. Rather than just addressing symptoms, we uncover the deeper stories, fears, and internal conflicts keeping you stuck—helping you move toward lasting change.
My style is warm, engaged, and direct—therapy should be a conversation, not a script. Expect insight, humor, and real dialogue that challenges you to think differently.
I work with deep thinkers, creatives, professionals, and couples. Many of my clients are navigating ADHD, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, or a quiet sense that life should feel more meaningful.
Together, we’ll explore how your experiences have shaped you, what truly matters, and how to build a life that feels authentic and sustainable.
If you're ready for a deeper conversation, let’s connect. I offer a free 20-minute consultation—no pressure, just a chance to see if we're a good fit.
